First of all: some things still will not work, because they are technically very hard to realize. One of those things is background processes.
The best news is, that copy/cut/paste will work. If you double-tap the text it will be selected. Two Markers will appear that you can move to the right position, so that you can select precisely that chunk of text that you want to copy or cut. A bubble with cut, copy, paste will appear above the marked text. Copy and Paste will also work across different applications.
The mail application will now allow more than one photo per mail.- All important applications will support a keyboard in landscape mode.
- MMS, but only for 3G not for 1. Generation iphones.

- stocks-application now supports landscape mode
- Spotlight for iphone.
- bluetooth for stereo-headsets is a great new feature as well.
